Institute of Industrial Internet & Internet of Things
Institute of Industrial Internet & Internet of Things (IIIIoT) is a comprehensive R&D institute established by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) at the end of 2018, with the aim of implementing the strategy of innovative development of industrial internet, driving the digital transformation of industries and accelerating the pace of indigenous innovation of core technologies. Responsible for construction, operation and maintenance of China's new network infrastructure, our researches mainly include internet domain names, Industrial Internet, identifiers of Internet of Things, blockchain. Focusing on basic resources and key services of cyberspace, we conduct technology research, support government and create an innovative platform of industry and we are willing to work with all countries and provide services for them.

Industry alliance
Setting up a branch of Alliance of Blockchain Industry, Z-park and interacting with the national alliance
Alliance of Blockchain Industry, Z-park (Director general)
Operating Alliance of Blockchain Industry, Z-park, the first national blockchain industry alliance with the independent entity in China.
Trusted Blockchain Initiative
On April 2017, China's first trusted blockchain testing platform was launched, carrying tests for three consecutive years.
China Institute of Communications (Blockchain Specialized Committee)
December 1st, 2019, supporting the establishment of the Blockchain Committee of the China Institute of Communications was formed and serving as the deputy chairman.
International cooperations
Participating in the DID working group of W3C; Working with the blockchain standardization working group of IEEE; Signing the cooperation agreement named ITU-CAICT Incubator with ITU.

Supporting the top-level design of governments
We are involved in formulating policies of developing blockchain in the 13th Five-Year Plan of National Informatization issued by the State Council.
Publishing serial research results
We have published more than 10 white papers on blockchain that all receive public attention, covering areas of technology, supply chain finance, Legal evidence deposit, security, traceability, Baas, industrial application and so on.
Leading the development of domestic and international standards
We led to set up the first MIIT blockchain standard, nine standards related to blockchain and more than 10 group standards. We also helped set up ITU's distributed ledger technology standardization.

Holding national high-end conferences on blochchain
Undertaking all platforms and activities of blockchain of Big Data Expo in Guiyang for three consecutive years, with deputy ministerial leaders or equivalents attending the Expo.

Jointly pushing implementation of major projects and systems
Independently developing core software systems
Independently developing and promoting ASTRON and BID（Blockchain-based Identifier）.The ASTRON-based identifier resolution system starts a trial operation in national top nodes.
Creating testing platforms and tools
Building a testing system of the blockchain technology and application and independently developing TrustedBench, the first performance testing tool of blockchain in the world, which is currently in use.
Undertaking several major projects
Participating in a major program initiated by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2017 named "research, development and application demonstration of key technologies of modern service industry -- blockchain-based research of distributed identifier analysis".
